Prevention

Dr. Blau treats a variety of conditions affecting the joints, muscles and nerves from head to toe. Many times the source of a person’s discomfort is related to their workplace. The posture they maintain while working and/or repetitive nature of their work, puts undue strain on their neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands. This results in conditions such as: headaches, neck pains and stiffness, pinched nerves, shoulder pains, tendonitis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, sciatica and back pains to name a few. Dr. Blau doesn’t just treat the pain, but tries to determine the underlying cause. Through treatment, exercise and postural retraining, he relieves not just the discomfort, but the cause of the pain as well. Thereby helping to prevent future re-occurrences.

The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will instruct his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease
